POSSIBLE SOLUTION(S): When your e-mail program gets stuck on a message, most of the time it means that one of the messages is rather large. Microsoft and Netscape e-mail programs are not designed to handle large messages. You have two options at this point: you may either use WEBMAIL.TELLURIAN.COM to delete the message or you may contact our office and have us delete the message.
